RSSxl converts any website to RSS which -of course- can be tremendously useful for tracking changes, updates, and so on. You need to tell the tool which HTML elements are significant for generating the corresponding RSS items though (minor knowledge of HTML is required, and the page needs to conform to some sort of predictability).
RSS Mix mixes any number of RSS feeds into a single one (nice for quick and dirty aggregation of miscalenous stuff or providing specific bundles of sources as a single feed).
